1. Workstation:The machine or area where downtime occurred.
2. Start and End Time: The duration of the downtime.
3. Reason:The cause of the downtime, such as maintenance, machine failure, or lack of materials.
4. Work Order (Optional): Links to the related work order if downtime affects a specific production task.
5. Remarks:Additional notes about the downtime or corrective actions taken.

Purpose of Downtime Entry:
