  4. Work Order (Optional): Links to the related work order if downtime affects a specific production task.
  5. Remarks:Additional notes about the downtime or corrective actions taken.

Purpose of Downtime Entry:

  • To monitor and analyse production inefficiencies.
  • To identify frequent causes of downtime and address them.
  • To improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
