Solution:

The Tax ID is a critical field used for tax compliance and reporting. In the Company settings, under the Details tab, each company must have a valid Tax ID entered. For the company labeled "OL9," this field is currently empty. As a result, when the system tries to perform a background task (such as processing invoices or generating reports), it cannot proceed and displays the error message.
