Stocker App

Introduction

The Stocker App is an Android application designed by ERP Gulf to make warehouse stock entry simple and accurate. Employees can log in using a QR code, scan barcodes of items, and record stock quantities directly from their mobile phones. All entries made in the app are automatically reflected in the ERPNext system under Stocker Stock Entries, ensuring real-time synchronization.

Login Process

Employees do not need usernames or passwords. Instead, they can log in instantly using a QR code provided in the ERP Gulf Employee List.

Steps:

Open the Stocker App on your Android device.
Scan the QR code assigned to you.
The system will greet you by name after login.

Warehouse & Shelf Selection

Before recording items, employees must select the correct warehouse and shelf. This ensures stock is organized and traceable.

Options Available:

Select the Warehouse where items will be stored.
Choose the Shelf within the warehouse for accurate placement.

Adding Stock Entries

The app allows employees to add stock quickly through barcode scanning.

Steps to add stock:

Tap Scan Item.
Scan the barcode of the product.
Enter the quantity (e.g., 10 Boxes, 5 Units).
Submit the entry.
Repeat for all items.

Once submitted, the entries will automatically appear in your ERPNext account → Stocker Stock Entries.

Viewing Stock Entries

Employees can check the items added for the day in a simple list view.

Details shown in the list:

SKU / Item Code
Quantity entered
Shelf location
Barcode number
Date and time of entry

Edit & Delete Options

Mistakes can be corrected easily without restarting the process.

Options available:

Edit: Update or change the entered quantity.
Delete:Remove an incorrect entry completely.

Settings & Logout

The app allows switching between employees quickly.

Settings functions:

Logout from the app when finished.
Another employee can log in by scanning their QR code.
