Credit Card machines integration with ERPNext

We've introduced a new ERPNext feature that enables seamless integration with MADA and other credit card machines for retail and wholesale businesses in Saudi Arabia. This enhancement was developed in collaboration with leading payment providers such as Geidea and Neoleap, and has already been successfully implemented for several clients.

The integration works across all POS environments:

• GPos — our offline desktop POS client
• ERPNext POS — the standard online POS
• POS Awesome — the advanced online POS module

With this setup, every card transaction flows directly into ERPNext in real time.

This doesn't just make customer service faster and smoother for cashiers — it also provides a major benefit for accountants. Because all POS payments are recorded automatically, end-of-day and end-of-month bank reconciliation becomes easier, cleaner, and far more accurate.
