Many distribution activities happen in remote areas with unstable or no internet connection. To solve this, the app supports offline billing, allowing users to continue sales without interruption. All data is securely stored and automatically synced with ERPNext whenever an internet connection becomes available.
Additionally, the app generates ZATCA-compliant invoices with QR codes, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabia’s e-invoicing regulations.

How It Works
The GPOS Van Tablet App is designed to make van sales operations simple, fast, and flexible even in offline conditions.
Step 1: Open Shift
- The salesperson starts the day by opening a shift
- Enter opening cash amount
Step 2: Select Items
- Add products to the cart
- Modify items as needed:
- Increase or decrease quantity
- Remove items from cart
Step 3: Proceed to Checkout
- Review selected items
- Click Proceed to Checkout to continue
Step 4: Select or Add Customer
- Choose an existing customer
- OR add a new customer by entering details.
Step 5: Select Payment Method
Choose the payment mode:
- Cash
- Card
- Split Payment (Combination of cash and card)
Step 6: Confirm Transaction
- Review all details
- Click Confirm to complete the sale
Step 7: Invoice Generation
System generates: ZATCA-compliant invoice QR Code and XML file

Step 8: Data Synchronization
- Go to Settings → Sync Data
- Sync is done only when internet is available
- All offline transactions are uploaded to ERPNext, including:
